The service staff was friendly and cute. The check-in process was swift and efficient, making me feel right at home. The owners even took the time to greet guests personally, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Staff were polite and very friendly!
The location was central, good in the middle of jackson. And we were just next door to a river, waterfall, or national park, the parks and the Basilica Virgen de la Altagracia, and the Dominican Republic. The room was big size and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

the hotel was located near the Dominican Republic and a river, waterfall, or national park. We spent 3 days in a double room and appreciated it. 3. the staff were nice and very friendly. 4. the location couldn't be more perfect and favorable.

The location was excellent, close to parks and a famous basilica. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. the service was outstanding, with attentive receptionists and service staff. I enjoyed the inexpensive local food and the personalized attention from the owners.
There were occasional noise issues, with calls to lower voices and loud conversations in the hallway. This could disrupt relaxation, especially early in the morning.

Great central location, close to parks and Basilica. Inexpensive food in the area. Friendly and cute staff, especially receptionist Albani. Excellent service from the entire team. Owners Mary and Daniel make you feel at home.

This place has a great location right next to parks and a beautiful church. You can also find natural attractions like rivers, waterfalls, and national parks nearby 🌿. the suite is impressive and comes with lots of breakfast options, which is a nice touch.
